KERALA CARE 2031 is a five-year statewide community development mission initiated to strengthen preventive healthcare, emergency preparedness, mental wellness, addiction prevention, disability inclusion, nutrition, environmental sustainability and community leadership across Kerala.

Healthy Villages

Preventive Healthcare & Early Detection. 5,000+ medical camps, 20 lakh NCD screenings, 50 lakh citizens target.

Inclusive Villages

Disability Inclusion & Rehabilitation. 15,000+ mobility devices, 2,000 prosthetic limbs, 5,000 caregivers trained.

Safe Villages

CPR, First Aid & Emergency Preparedness. 1,00,000 community volunteers trained in CPR & emergency response.

Drug-Free & Mindful Villages

Mental Wellness & Addiction Prevention across schools, colleges, families, and youth groups.

Nutrition & Wellness Villages

Healthy Lifestyle & Nutrition Security. 1 lakh households supported towards organic kitchen gardens.

Green & Healthy Villages

Environment & Public Health. 5 lakh trees planted, plastic reduction, and water quality testing.

Community Empowerment

Volunteers, Youth, Women's Groups & School Health Clubs (50,000 Community Health Volunteers).

Pilot Progress & Strategic Partnerships

  • Sree Narayana Institute of Medical Sciences (SNIMS): Strategic healthcare partner providing specialist doctors, diagnostic support, and camp logistics.
  • Chendamangalam Community Medical Camp (26 July 2026): Served over 300+ community members with General Medicine, Dermatology, and Paediatrics consultations.
  • Emergency Response Training: Rolled out CPR and basic life support sessions in educational institutions in Ernakulam District.
